We send a short questionnaire so we understand the detail before we talk numbers. If it looks like a fit, the next step is an introductory meeting. Neither of those costs anything.
The enquiry and the introductory meeting cost nothing. The budget estimate and the detailed estimate that follow are paid, because they involve real quantity take-offs rather than a number put against a scope nobody has defined yet. You get a fixed scope before you commit to a build.
Nothing formal. A rough idea of what you want, where the property is and the sort of budget you have in mind is enough to start. You do not need finished plans, and most people who contact us do not have them.
