A clear path from first idea to handover
We run a staged path, and the preconstruction stages are paid. That is deliberate. It means the work behind your numbers is real, you decide at each stage on facts rather than a guess, and you always know what is happening and what is next.
- 1
Enquiry and getting to know each other
You tell us about your project. We send a short questionnaire so we understand the detail, and if we are the right fit for each other, we take it forward. You do not need finished plans to start.
- 2
Intro meeting
We meet to understand you, the project, your budget and your timeline, and to walk you through how we work. This is where we make sure we are the right builder for what you want to achieve.
- 3
Budget estimate
Paid stageWe visit the site and prepare a Quality Budget Estimate, so the numbers you are working with are real rather than a guess. You decide whether to go on before anyone spends money on detailed design.
- 4
Design and detailed estimate
Paid stageWe shape the concept and design around your block, your budget and how you want to live, then prepare a detailed, fixed-scope Full Quantity Estimate. We hand it over and explain it in person, so you know exactly what is included before you commit.
- 5
Contract, engineering and approvals
Once you are ready to proceed, we prepare your building contract and engage the engineers and certifiers, handling the council approvals so compliance is sorted by one accountable team.
- 6
Construction
Our qualified trade specialists build to the highest standard, keeping you updated throughout.
- 7
Practical completion
We hand over a finished result we are proud of, and that you will love.
No cut corners, no surprises
A clear process is how a build stays on track. It is how you avoid the horror stories, blown budgets, missed timelines and work that does not meet code.
As a QBCC licensed builder we manage the engineers, certifiers and trades, so the responsibility sits with one accountable team rather than being scattered across people who never speak to each other.
One point of contact
You deal with the people doing the work, the whole way through.
Fixed scope before you commit
Know what is included and what it costs before construction starts.
Compliance handled
Engineering, certification and approvals managed as part of the build.
What happens when I first get in touch?
You tell us about the project and we send a short questionnaire so we understand the detail. We then meet to talk through what is possible, the site, your budget and timeline, and set out the staged path from there.
Do you handle council approvals and engineering?
Yes. We engage the engineers and certifiers and manage the building or development approvals as part of the project, so the compliance is handled for you.
Will I know the cost before work starts?
Yes. There are two paid preconstruction stages. First a budget estimate, so you have real numbers before any detailed design. Then, after design, a detailed fixed-scope estimate, so you know exactly what is included before you commit to construction. No vague estimates.
Ready to start step one?
Tell us about your project and we will send you a short questionnaire, so we understand the detail before we talk numbers.
