Kitchen renovations in Brisbane
Nailed It Creations designs and builds kitchen renovations across Brisbane, from a tidy update to opening up the whole living space. We are a QBCC licensed, family-owned builder, and we bring the design, cabinetry, benchtops and trades together so the kitchen is done properly.
The kitchen that changes how the home feels
The kitchen is the room the whole house revolves around. Getting the layout, storage and flow right is what makes it a pleasure to use, not just a nicer place to look at.
We handle the lot, the design, cabinetry, stone, plumbing, electrical and tiling, and we can open the kitchen up to the living and dining areas where the structure allows.

How much does a kitchen renovation cost in Brisbane?
Most Brisbane kitchen renovations run from about $25,000 for a standard renovation to $45,000 and up for a large open-plan kitchen. Cabinetry, benchtops, appliances and any wall removal are the main cost drivers. We give you a fixed scope after the estimate stages.
How long does a kitchen renovation take?
A typical kitchen renovation takes about three to five weeks on site once the cabinetry is made and materials are ready. Opening up walls or moving plumbing adds time, and we set out a clear schedule before we start.
Do you design the kitchen or do I need a designer?
We can design and build, so you do not need a separate designer. We plan the layout, cabinetry and finishes with you, then build it. If you already have a design, we are happy to build to it.
Can you open up my kitchen by removing a wall?
Often yes. Removing a wall to create an open-plan kitchen is structural work, so it needs the right engineering, which we handle as a licensed builder. We confirm what is possible after seeing the home.
Do you supply cabinetry and benchtops?
Yes. We coordinate custom cabinetry, stone and benchtops, splashbacks and appliances as part of the renovation, so it is one managed job.
What are PC and PS items in a kitchen quote?
A prime cost item is an allowance for something you have not chosen yet, such as tapware or an oven. A provisional sum covers work that cannot be priced exactly until more is known. Both are estimates, and both move when the real number arrives. A quote carrying a lot of them is softer than the total makes it look. We go through this in detail in our journal.
