NDIS and accessible home builds

NDIS and accessible homes across Brisbane and the Gold Coast, built for genuine livability rather than the often clinical standard.

What we do

Homes people actually want to live in

Accessibility should not mean a home that feels like a facility. We build for independence, dignity and warmth, and we are comfortable taking on the difficult ones.

  • Zero thresholds from the front door through to the rear yard
  • Warmer, more elevated finishes than the typical standard
  • Layouts giving two to three participants their own independent space
  • Room for support staff with no compromise on space
  • Fire sprinkler systems installed with a certifier
  • Taking over stalled or part-built projects
  • Engineer's reports and structural rectification
  • QBCC home warranty and insurance scheme claims
Proof

Pimpama

A high-quality, low-maintenance NDIS home. We took the project over after the original builder went into liquidation, with the structure part-built but carrying design and construction faults that had to be resolved first.

Before taking on the build we commissioned a full engineer's report and worked through the QBCC home warranty and insurance scheme to correct inherent structural problems in the existing Hebel-panel and concrete-roof structure. This ran as a preliminary repair contract followed by a second contract to complete the build.

The result is one of the better homes NDIS providers and participants say they have seen for livability. Zero thresholds run from the front door right through to the rear yard, and the finishes are warmer and more elevated than the often clinical NDIS standard. The layout gives two to three participants their own independent space, with room for support staff and no compromise on space. We also worked closely with a certifier to install a functioning fire sprinkler system, ahead of where current regulation sits.

FAQ

NDIS and accessible build questions

Common questions from providers, families and participants. Anything else, get in touch.

What is an NDIS home?

An NDIS home is a home built for participants to live in, with accessibility and everyday livability designed in rather than added on. Our focus is on homes that feel warm and elevated, not clinical, while giving participants genuine independence.

Can you take over a build another builder left unfinished?

Yes. We took over a Pimpama NDIS home after the original builder went into liquidation. We commissioned a full engineer's report and worked through the QBCC home warranty and insurance scheme to correct inherent structural problems before completing the build.

What accessibility features do you build in?

Zero thresholds running from the front door right through to the rear yard, layouts that give two to three participants their own independent space, and room for support staff without compromising on space.

Do you install fire sprinkler systems?

Yes. On the Pimpama home we worked closely with a certifier to install a functioning fire sprinkler system, ahead of where current regulation sits.

Where do you build NDIS and accessible homes?

Across Brisbane and the Gold Coast. We are a family-owned, QBCC-licensed builder (15097104) operating since 2013.

Do you handle QBCC home warranty claims?

Yes. Where a build has been left with structural or construction faults, we can work through the QBCC home warranty and insurance scheme, typically as a preliminary repair contract followed by a second contract to complete the build.
